Role Overview:
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Service Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by effectively managing service-related interactions. This position requires a proactive individual who can oversee customer service processes, address inquiries, and ensure seamless service experiences that align with the luxury standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Key Responsibilities:
