Role Overview
Keerthi Infinite Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, coordinate financial and legal processes, ensure payment compliance, and facilitate smooth property registration. The role acts as the key communication bridge between clients and internal departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
• Share Welcome / Invitation Communication with clients
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients
• Maintain consistent and professional client communication
• Address client queries and coordination requirements
Financial Assistance Coordination
• Contact clients to assess requirement for Financial Assistance
If financial assistance is required:
• Assist clients in obtaining loans
• Coordinate with Banks / Financial Institutions
• Track loan processing progress
Bank & Legal Coordination
• Coordinate with Banks for loan processing
• Provide Legal Clearance & Documentation Checklist
• Support completion of legal verification requirements
• Ensure documentation accuracy
Payment Compliance & Handling
• Ensure client completes 25% payment within 15 days for Sale Agreement
• Conduct timely follow-ups on pending payments
• Collect payments as per approved structure
• Submit payment details to Accounts Team
• Maintain accurate payment records
Registration Coordination
After Sale Agreement:
• Coordinate registration within 25–30 days
• Liaise with Advocate / Legal Authorities
• Guide clients through registration procedures
• Ensure completion of registration formalities
Compliance & Control Responsibilities
CRM must strictly adhere to:
✅ No Marketing without Legal Clearance
✅ No Pricing without Management Approval
✅ No Commitments outside Approved Terms
✅ All Payments routed via CRM → Accounts
✅ All Client Records Properly Documented
