Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (design, sales, and execution).

• Coordinate with clients from inquiry stage to project handover.

• Explain basic interior solutions to clients (products, services, materials, timelines).

• Schedule meetings and site visits between clients and project managers/designers.

• Track project timelines, updates, and communicate status to clients.

• Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Maintain CRM reports, follow-up schedules, and client communication records.

• Assist the sales team with documentation and feedback collection.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or sales coordination.

• Basic understanding of interior design or architecture (modular furniture, finishes, layouts).

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, and basic computer tools.

• Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and customer-first approach.
