We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM professional with experience in the Logistics and Transportation industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills, along with a good understanding of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.
Coordinate with Operations, Branch Teams, Zonal Teams, Billing, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Monitor shipment status, delivery commitments, delays, and pending issues.
Track customer complaints and escalations through the CRM/Inquiry Portal.
Ensure regular follow-ups with concerned departments until issue closure.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports and MIS.
Maintain effective communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify recurring issues and coordinate with internal teams to prevent future complaints.
Support customer retention and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
