Position: Customer Support Representative / Customer Support Agent
Process: US International Voice Process
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift Only
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Week Offs
Joining: Immediate Hiring
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Must be comfortable handling international customer calls.
Salary Package
- Freshers: ₹35,000 Gross per Month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹40,000 Gross per Month onwards
Transport and Benefits
- One-way cab drop available within the hiring zone.
- Additional travel allowance of ₹1,750 per month.
Interview Process
Walk-in Interview Only
Round 1 – Assessment: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Round 2 – Operations Round: Around 7:00 PM
Important: Candidates must be available for both interview rounds on the same day.
Key Requirement
Candidates must have good to excellent English communication skills and be confident in handling international voice calls.
