Travel Customer Support – Voice

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Travel Customer Support professionals for a voice-based customer service process in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Travel or Hotel industry along with working knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre GDS.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with travel-related queries, reservations, booking-related requests, and providing accurate and professional support over voice.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer interactions through voice support.

Assist customers with travel and hotel-related queries, bookings, reservations, and service requests.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.

Use Amadeus or Sabre GDS for relevant travel-related activities.

Handle booking modifications, cancellations, itinerary-related queries, and other customer requests as per process guidelines.

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.

Follow defined quality, compliance, and customer service standards.

Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in internal systems.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams wherever required to resolve customer issues.

Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction parameters.

Handle rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs as per business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant Travel or Hotel industry experience

GDS: Amadeus or Sabre experience is mandatory

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support environment.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational weekly offs.

Candidates must be comfortable working from the Gurugram office.

Relevant experience in travel reservations, airlines, hotels, travel agencies, OTA, or hospitality customer support will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹36,000 in-hand per month

Cab Facility: Both-side cab provided

Working Days: 5 days a week

Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week offs

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Work Mode: Work From Office – Gurugram

Selection Process

Round 1: HR Screening

Round 2: HALLO Assessment – B2+ required

↓

Round 3: Operations Round

Important: All rounds are elimination rounds. Candidates must clear each stage to proceed to the next round.
