Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the workshop. • Handle customer inquiries, service bookings, and follow-ups efficiently. • Maintain strong relationships with premium and high-value clients. • Coordinate with the Operations Head and service team for smooth workflow and timely delivery. • Ensure excellent customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery. • Keep customers updated regarding service status, timelines, and costs. • Manage CRM systems and customer data records accurately. • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally. • Support in upselling services and AMC packages where applicable. • Maintain proper documentation and filing of customer queries. • Ensure adherence to brand standards, grooming, and communication etiquette.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate, post graduate in any discipline. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Presentable personality with a professional and polished appearance. • Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability. • Basic understanding of automobile service processes. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
