Job Title: CRM Executive - Domestic Sales (VIP Memberships)
Location: Mumbai
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CRM Executive to join our domestic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales of our VIP Premium Packages, and leveraging digital platforms to engage potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of B2C sales, excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Proactively engage with leads and existing customers to sell Shaadi.com's VIP Premium Membership Packages.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify customer needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of our premium services.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer queries or concerns efficiently.
Digital Engagement & Marketing Support:
Understand the lead generation process through platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies.
Provide feedback on digital campaign performance to enhance future initiatives.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to management to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
Age: 28 to 35 years.
Experience: Proven track record in B2C sales, particularly in a service-oriented industry. Experience with high-value product/service sales is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Digital Awareness: Basic understanding of how leads are generated and managed through digital platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-Oriented: Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
