To manage the clients and to ensure that the service delivery to clients and prospect is of excellent quality and achieve overall contract objectives.
Lead Generation and Client acquisition is the primary role.
To manage the existing clients and ensure the inflow of business is incremental.
The Up-selling business proposition should see a growth of 40% per annum
New Business should be increased by the rate of 30% per annum.
Negotiate pricing and increase marginal profit.
Handle client queries and share the reports on timely basis.
Coordinate with client representative and seek feedback and suggestion.
Billing and collection within the SLA.
Timely contract renewals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Sales / Up-selling role strongly preferred. At least 3 years experience.
Effective and Excellent communication (written & verbal) & convincing Skills.
Passion towards sales, should be able to achieve sales target.
Engage the existing clients in growing the business many folds.
The candidate must be committed, ambitious, friendly and a good negotiator.
Must possess the ability to engage potential clients in a conversation and generate leads.
Must be diligent at follow-ups with a positive attitude.
