Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records using advanced Excel skills. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, and reporting abilities to support both sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and provide after-sales support.

  • Prepare and manage customer databases, reports, and trackers in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).

  • Assist the sales team with MIS reports, sales data analysis, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution.

  • Ensure timely responses to customer needs and resolve queries effectively.

  • Support customer engagement initiatives and feedback collection.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship / sales coordination / back-office.

  • Strong Excel skills (mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and time management abilities.

  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
