About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, analyze processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings and interviews with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Perform process analysis and documentation using tools such as flowcharts and process maps.

• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical, effective solutions.

• Research and evaluate software, tools, and automation options to optimize business processes.

• Create detailed requirements documentation and specifications for development and implementation teams.

• Support solution design, testing, and implementation to ensure alignment with business needs.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for stakeholders.

• Manage project and product delivery schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, team members, and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, SQL, or automation platforms.

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).
