• Manage client data records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Perform back office tasks such as preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and updating CRM or Tally software.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding payments, quotations, or service feedback.

• Support the administrative team in day-to-day office operations and documentation.

• Prepare and share daily call and follow-up reports with the management team.
