Advance GroHair Clinic is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer
focused Front Office Executive / Operations Coordinator to lead our front office
team and manage critical operational functions. The ideal candidate will excel
in multitasking, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving clinic
growth through efficient operations and revenue generation. This role requires
strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing
both client relationships and operational excellence
Customer Relationship Management:
Fixing Appointment with clients and ensure the lead management.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both internal and
external customers, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Provide courteous and prompt responses to client inquiries and requests,
ensuring a seamless client experience.
Monitor registration and admission standards, ensuring compliance with
clinic policies and maintaining high-quality service at all touchpoints.
2. Multitasking & Revenue Generation:
Multitask efficiently, handling multiple operational duties simultaneously,
including customer interactions, scheduling, and reporting.
Proactively contribute to clinic revenue generation by identifying
opportunities for improving patient flow, service efficiency, and optimizing
billing procedures.
Maintain prompt Billing process, including invoices, payments, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with clinic policies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or
related field (preferred but not mandatory based on relevant
experience).
Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple
responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth by optimizing front office
operations and patient services.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to
respond professionally and tactfully to client inquiries.
Proficient in office management software and tools for scheduling,
documentation, and reporting.
Experience in financial monitoring, including billing, invoice tracking.
Flexible with scheduling, including the ability to work on weekends and
manage varying shifts when required.
