Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Academic Advisor responsible for counseling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right program. The role involves a strong blend of consultative sales and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel potential students via inbound & outbound calls

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs

• Drive admissions & revenue targets through effective sales strategies

• Maintain a daily call volume of 120–150 calls/day

• Manage the end-to-end admission process

• Ensure high conversion ratio and retention rate (~70–80%)

• Handle student queries, objections, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems

• Provide excellent customer experience and post-enrollment support

Key Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counseling

• Strong communication & persuasion skills

• Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record

• Experience in handling inbound/outbound sales calls

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
