For a Lady Office Coordinator & Operations

It's an entry-level job for a newcomer to our travel-related industry. We are a tour operator and travel agency located in Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700013, near Esplanade, as well as in Salt Lake Sector, near the Sector 5 metro station. Our office hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national holidays are off days, provided there is no travel-related work pending or any tour movement.

Job description for Customer Care Associate

Key responsibilities and basic guidelines to apply as and when required

Office & Operations: Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer queries on WhatsApp/email

Manage bookings, follow-ups, quotations, and documentation for tours, and manage customer queries.

Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport partners.

Maintain office records, files, and daily reports.

Sell holiday packages through online promotions.

Greet clients and maintain a professional office environment.

Preparing itineraries

Communicate effectively with clients.

Provide exceptional customer service

Make posters & flyers for online promotions

Social Media & Digital Management: grow company pages on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

Create content: posts, reels, captions, and tour creatives using Canva.

Run basic promotions and engage with followers and comments.

Track trends and suggest ideas for campaigns like "Road to Heaven - Kutch" / "Statue of Unity Tours."

Coordinate with the team for photos, videos, and testimonials from trips.

Content Creation: Write captions, design basic graphics, and produce short-form posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, FB, and other social media.

Scheduling & Publishing: Maintain a content calendar using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

Community Management: Respond to comments and direct messages while monitoring user feedback.

Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics, reach, and user sentiment to measure campaign success.

Prepare and send emails & travel content on social media.

Good geographical knowledge of India and Southeast Asian countries

The candidate must be between 22 and 35 years old, except for students. We don't recruit any students.
