Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience in Futures & Options (F&O) trading and derivatives markets (mandatory).
Prior experience in customer support, fintech, or broking operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with tools such as Freshdesk, Exotel, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
High level of accountability and ability to perform under pressure.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6 days per week).
