Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will handle social media management, lead generation, content creation and client coordination while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management Create, post, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
Lead Generation Identify, research, and generate potential business leads through online and offline channels.
Content Writing Write compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials.
Client Coordination Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service.
Customer Service Address inquiries, handle complaints, and provide effective solutions to customers.
Campaign Support Assist in executing marketing campaigns and tracking their performance.
Reporting Prepare regular reports on social media engagement, lead generation, and customer feedback.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, and customer service.
Strong understanding of social media platforms ( Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. and digital marketing trends.
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong creative and content writing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop preferred).
Good interpersonal and client handling skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Problem solving mindset with attention to detail.
