Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will handle social media management, lead generation, content creation and client coordination while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management Create, post, and manage engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility.

  • Lead Generation Identify, research, and generate potential business leads through online and offline channels.

  • Content Writing Write compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials.

  • Client Coordination Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service.

  • Customer Service Address inquiries, handle complaints, and provide effective solutions to customers.

  • Campaign Support Assist in executing marketing campaigns and tracking their performance.

  • Reporting Prepare regular reports on social media engagement, lead generation, and customer feedback.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.

    • Minimum 1 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management, and customer service.

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms ( Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. and digital marketing trends.

      Key Skills:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      • Strong creative and content writing abilities.

      • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop preferred).

      • Good interpersonal and client handling skills.

      • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

      • Problem solving mindset with attention to detail.
