Shift: Night (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

2. VIP Service – Customer Service + Renewals (Male Only)
Shift: Night (Open positions: 10)
Qualification: HSC Passed
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication
- Minimum 2 years in Sales or Customer Service with Renewals or Upselling
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand (Based on last drawn)
Week Offs: 2 Rotational | Rotational Day Shifts
Age: 24 – 37 years
Joining: Immediate

3. VIP Product Counsellor – B2C Sales (Day Shift)
Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualification: SSC / HSC
Languages: English + Hindi (Linguistic advantage preferred)
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Minimum 1 year in BPO Sales, Lead Generation, Presales, or Collections (B2C)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand + Incentives
Note: Linguistic candidates may get up to ₹35,000 depending on last drawn
Week Off: 1 Rotational
Age: 24 – 39 years

4. CRM Executive – Blended (Chat + Voice)
Shift: 9-hour rotational
Females: Day shifts (7 AM – 9 PM)
Males: 24x7 rotational shifts
Week Offs: 2 Rotational
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service (Voice)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand (Gross ₹29,000)

5. Escalation Executive – Customer Service
Shifts:
- Females: Rotational Day Shift
- Males: 24x7 Rotational (9 hours)
Working Days: 5 days with 2 rotational offs
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication
- Minimum 1.6 years of experience handling escalated queries
Languages: English + Any regional (Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam)
Qualification: HSC passed
Age: 24 – 37 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 In-Hand (based on last drawn)
