Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer support and renewal processes. The candidate will be responsible for assisting existing customers, managing renewals, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer service
Follow up with existing customers for renewal of services/subscriptions
Explain renewal plans, pricing, and benefits clearly
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update renewal status
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is an added advantage)
Minimum 1 year recent experience in Customer Service / Renewals
Age: 21–35 years
Experience in customer service or renewals is a plus
Work Type: Full-time
