JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Should be pleasant and empathetic while they’re Managing Enterprise clients.
• Resolve client complaints via phone, email, whatsapp.
• Possess great listening skills and patience
• Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended Accordingly and keep records of client interactions.
• Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of client issues.
• Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.
