Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with insurance-related queries and claims.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling insurance products during campaigns.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in customer service systems.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in customer service practices, preferably within the insurance sector.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Work Schedule:
6 working days per week with 1 rotational off.
9-hour rotational shifts between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Additional Information:
Candidates with experience in captive contact centers are preferred.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per roster.
