Role: Voice Customer Support Associate (CSA) Job Location: Kolkata
Hiring immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
Candidates should be fluent in English & Hindi languages .
Minimum 12th pass or any graduate candidates can apply.
⏰ Work Timing: Rotational (9 Hrs of Work) …. Mostly evening shifts
🎁 Salary: • Upto 16k in hand
✅ Week off- Any 1-day week off (Rotational)
Interview Timings: 10am-6pm
