Customer Sales Representative—International Voice Process (USA)

Location: MBP, Ghansoli—Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US market

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely

• Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)

• Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone)

Salary & Incentives:

• Experienced Candidates Only: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month. (based on experience)

• ₹2,000 Attendance Bonus for full monthly presence
