Job Description

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹25,500 In-Hand (Based on role & experience)

Shift: Day Shift (9-hour shift)

Weekly Off: Sunday or 1 Rotational Off (Role dependent)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Inbound or Outbound
