Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and register patients courteously
· Handle patient inquiries in person, by phone, and online
· Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Make and receive calls to patients for appointment booking and confirmations
Provide information about diagnostic tests, packages, preparation, pricing and report timelines
Follow up with patients for scheduled tests and report collection
· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies
· Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts
· Coordinate with technicians, doctors, and lab staff
· Support promotional calls for health check-up packages
· Handle patient feedback and resolve basic complaints professionally
· Ensure smooth front-office operations and cleanliness
