🔹 About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure a seamless experience by resolving queries, addressing complaints, and providing timely assistance across various communication channels.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

• Maintain product knowledge to offer accurate information and recommendations.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field.

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support or a related field (freshers can apply).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).

• Problem-solving attitude and patience in handling customer concerns.
