Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure a smooth service experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, product queries, and returns.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, marketing) for quick resolutions.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing polite, timely, and effective solutions.

• Track and follow up on pending cases until closure.

• Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience.

• Handle escalations professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools).

• Problem-solving mindset and patience in dealing with customers.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in beauty, e-commerce, or D2C brands is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
