Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and provide product/service information
Promote products/services and achieve sales targets
Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication

Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer & Excel knowledge
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
