This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. Job Description:
Manage amounts of incoming calls. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.6 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to work for 6 days for Night shift
Week Off: 2 Saturdays and All Sundays Fixed Off
Shift Timings: US 24/7 Rotational Shifts with any 8 hours working hours (7 hours working with 1 hour break). 4:30pm - 12:30am {Evening shift}
6:30pm - 2:30am {Evening shift}
8.30pm - 4.30am {Evening shift}
10.30pm - 6.30am (Evening shift}
12:30am - 8:30am {Night Shift}
