Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and manage back-office operations. The role requires good communication skills, coordination with customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Respond to customer queries and provide necessary information.

  • Maintain and update customer records and call logs.

  • Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

  • Follow up with customers when required.

  • Ensure good customer service and timely resolution of queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry).

  • Experience in customer service / telecalling / back office will be an advantage.

  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
