Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer calls and manage back-office operations. The role requires good communication skills, coordination with customers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries and provide necessary information.
Maintain and update customer records and call logs.
Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Follow up with customers when required.
Ensure good customer service and timely resolution of queries.
Eligibility Criteria:
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry).
Experience in customer service / telecalling / back office will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
