We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service through calls, emails, or chat. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Update customer details in the system
Follow company processes and quality standards
Meet daily/weekly targets and KPIs
🧠 Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Bengali is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Customer handling skills
🎓 Qualification:
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate

Freshers & experienced both can apply

15K-19K CTC
