Job Description

Manage customer interactions for our international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle queries through calls, emails, and chat.

Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

· Communicate effectively with international clients in English.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

· Provide product/service information and support as needed.

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

· Prior experience in international voice or non-voice process preferred.

· Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
