Job Description

Job Title: BPO Calling – Apprentice Program (Mumbai)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Rewards + Travel Discounts
Education: Graduate (Pass-out 2021–2025)
Experience: Fresher-friendly (No prior experience required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

  • Handle incoming queries related to travel, bookings, or services

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs

  • Meet performance targets and service level standards

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Graduate (Pass-out years 2021 to 2025 only)

  • Candidates must NOT hold the following qualifications: B.Tech, BE, BSc IT, Master’s degrees

  • All semester mark sheets must be available

  • Should not have an existing PF account

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts from the office (Mumbai)
