·       Experience in handling customer query & complaints.

·       Ability to resolve the customer complaint and give them proper solution.

·       Know how to operate Gmail & reply to customer query through E-mail.

·       Inbound & Outbound calling

Qualifications & Skills Required:

 

·       Educational Qualifications – Any Graduate

·       Experience – 1 to 3 Years

·       Preferred: - Female Candidates

·       Preferred Knowledge - Knowledge of Excel, Good Oral & Communication Skills

·       Languages: - English, Hindi
