Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

• Understand client objectives and ensure all deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.

• Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to execute campaigns smoothly.

• Prepare and present campaign proposals, reports, and performance updates.

• Manage client feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.

• Support in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.

• Maintain strong long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree .

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing (agency experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage several accounts simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
