Reachout Marketing is a dynamic marketing and communications agency dedicated to helping brands grow through creative campaigns, strategic insights, and impactful client relationships. We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Service Executive to join our team.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Understand client objectives and ensure all deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
Prepare and present campaign proposals, reports, and performance updates.
Manage client feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Support in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.
Maintain strong long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication.
Bachelor’s degree .
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing (agency experience preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage several accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
