
Role Overview:
We are looking for a courteous and efficient Hospital Customer Care Executive to manage calls, coordinate with doctors and staff, and ensure smooth communication across the hospital. You will handle emergency alerts, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent service to patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient and management calls, record details, and raise bills.
Notify doctors about meetings and track availability and leaves.
Respond promptly to emergency codes and announce them via PA system.
Connect calls accurately and quickly for staff, doctors, and patients.
Report maintenance issues to HOD and the concerned department.
Work in shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
Perform any other tasks assigned by HOD.
