Customer Support Executive

Assist customers by providing timely and accurate information about our digital healthcare solutions through phone, email, and chat support (Voice and Non-Voice), demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system to track inquiries and resolutions effectively, utilizing Excel for data management and analysis.

Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed, and they are satisfied with our services, fostering strong customer relationships.

Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and enhance customer support skills, with a focus on improving communication techniques and product knowledge.

Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services and contribute to a better overall customer experience.

Assist in onboarding new clients by providing guidance on using our platform, showcasing a commitment to customer success.

Be willing to work night shifts to accommodate our customers' needs, ensuring availability for support at all times.
