Job Description

At KyonKat Pet Services, we provide professional pet grooming, pet boarding, pet sitting, pet taxi, dog training, and dog walking services across Bengaluru. We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused professionals who can deliver excellent support to pet parents and coordinate smoothly with our operations team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, Instagram/Facebook inquiries, and booking requests

Assist customers with bookings for pet grooming, boarding, sitting, taxi, dog training, and walking services

Coordinate appointments and schedules with groomers, trainers, walkers, drivers, and boarding staff

Follow up with customers regarding confirmations, payments, pickup/drop updates, and service feedback

Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support

Maintain customer records, booking details, and service updates in the system

Collect payments and update accounts/payment status

Explain service packages, pricing, offers, and membership plans to customers

Ensure smooth communication between customers and operations teams

Handle daily operational coordination and support during peak booking periods

Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication standards.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use smartphones efficiently

Experience in customer support, telecalling, front office, reception, or sales is preferred

Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Interest in pets and animal care industry is preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Preferred Skills

Experience using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or booking software

Social media inquiry handling experience

Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills

Ability to manage multiple service bookings simultaneously
