# Customer Support Executive#
Only male candidate required

Location: Bhoomi World, Kalyan Bypass
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Roll Position
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
## Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through emails and other communication channels.
• Provide timely and professional resolutions to customer concerns.
Manage and maintain data using •Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word••.
• Handle emails, reports, and other operational documentation.
• Perform multiple administrative and data-management tasks as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth query resolution.
## Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Basic to good knowledge of •Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and Email handling••.
• Ability to work in a warehouse-based environment.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Note: This is a non-target-based role. The primary responsibility is handling customer queries and supporting data management and other operational tasks.
