Shift: Rotational Shifts (8 hours)

From Vadala to Panvel
From Thane to Belapur
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services
Manage collection process as per company guidelines
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance norms
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Skill Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Shift Details
Female Candidates:
Day shift between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Male Candidates:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Net Salary (Freshers):
₹13,200/- with lunch facility
₹14,400/- without lunch facility
