Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Customer Service Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through inbound voice support.
Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and policies.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.
Eligibility Criteria: • Graduation Mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
