Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and respond to emails from central inboxes
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records and update order details in the system
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth dispatch of goods
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders
• Manage work schedules independently and meet deadlines
• Understand and fulfill customer requirements
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
