Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, strong communication skills in both Kannada and English, and a natural ability to solve problems efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.

  • Address customer queries related to orders, delivery, product customization, etc.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics) to ensure timely updates to customers.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer support or a similar role.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in both Kannada and English (spoken & written).

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and resolution capabilities.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools (CRM, email, phone systems) is a plus.

  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
