Salary
- Freshers: ₹18,000 In-hand | ₹22,000 CTC
- Experienced: ₹24,000 In-hand | ₹28,500 CTC
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to Akasa Airlines.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel guidelines.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Update customer details and call records in the system.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards.
