Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Panjim & Margao

Salary: 20,000 CTC

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

Handling and resolving customer queries through calling or chats process.
Managing online bookings and app-related assistance
Providing prompt and effective support to customers
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Freshers can apply
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the local language is mandatory

Shift Timings (Rotational – All shifts are compulsory):

Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift 3: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

(Shifts will change on a weekly basis)
