Job Title: Cold Outreach Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of email etiquette, preferably US Voice and Accent trained and prior experience with any BPO with focus on U.S. sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls and emails to introduce our products/services with an intent to get new prospects converted to qualifies leads
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and promote offerings
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on outreach metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written English communication abilities
• Email Etiquette: Proficiency in crafting professional and persuasive emails
• BPO Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a U.S. based BPO sales process, preferably in sales or customer service
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms and data enrichment services
• Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours to align with U.S. time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
• Educational background in Science/Chemistry preferred
• Experience in a BPO with US voice and accent preferred
• Familiarity with sales automation tools (Lusha and LinkedIn premium etc)
