We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers by resolving their queries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in both morning and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems accurately.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience into international
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Willingness to work in Morning/ Night
Previous experience in customer support/BPO is an added advantage.
