ABOUT THE JOB: We are hiring fresh graduates for an exciting inbound voice process role in a banking project. The position involves handling customer queries, making reminder calls, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role with day shifts, rotational week offs, and with attractive CTC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.
2. Make remainder calls to customers for timely follow-ups.
3. basic banking-related queries or direct them to the appropriate team.
4. Update call logs and system entries efficiently.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service.
