We are excited to announce multiple openings for the role of Customer Service Associate in our Outbound Voice Process teams for Tata Motors Sales L1 and Tyger Capital Linguistic. Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers

  • Promote products or services and explain benefits

  • Handle payment reminders and collection follow-ups

  • Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues

  • Record customer information accurately in the system

  • Achieve individual and team sales/collection targets

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline

  • Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates

  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and listening abilities

  • Confident, courteous, and customer-centric approach

  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and requirements

Work Schedule:

  • Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24x7)

  • Female Candidates: Day shifts (between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

  • Week Offs: Rotational (no fixed off)
