Job Description:

We are currently hiring Customer Service Executives to join our dynamic International Voice Support team based in Malad West, Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain call records as required.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    • Graduates: Freshers are welcome.

    • Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process) is mandatory.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.


Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹32,000 (in-hand)

  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
